Jamz & Jokes Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 03/08/2026
These Sponsorship Terms & Conditions govern sponsorship inquiries, sponsorship commitments, and brand participation associated with the Jamz & Jokes Concert Series and the One Northwest Indiana Initiative, produced by uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
By submitting a sponsorship request, sponsorship inquiry, or sponsorship commitment through this website or through direct communication with the Jamz & Jokes team, you agree to the following terms.
1. Sponsorship Overview
The Jamz & Jokes Concert Series is a seasonal entertainment platform consisting of multiple event dates occurring between Memorial Day and Labor Day at Hidden Lake Park in Merrillville, Indiana. JAMZ & JOKES ONE NORTHWEST INDIANA INITIATIVE.
Sponsorship participation provides brand exposure, marketing opportunities, and event integration across one or more event dates.
All sponsorship placements are subject to availability and approval.
2. Sponsorship Approval
Submission of a sponsorship inquiry does not guarantee sponsorship placement.
uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to:
• Approve or decline sponsorship participation
• Limit category exclusivity
• Adjust available sponsorship tiers
• Refuse sponsorships that conflict with the mission or integrity of the event
3. Sponsorship Commitment
A sponsorship is considered confirmed only when:
- A written Sponsorship Agreement has been executed
- The required deposit payment has been received
- Sponsor branding assets have been submitted
Until these steps occur, sponsorship placement is not reserved.
4. Sponsorship Payments
Payment terms for sponsorships are defined within the executed sponsorship agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure sponsorship placement
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event season
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.
5. Sponsor Branding Assets
Sponsors are responsible for providing approved marketing materials including but not limited to:
• Company logo
• Brand guidelines
• Advertising creative
• Promotional messaging
Submitted materials must meet required specifications for digital, print, broadcast, or event displays.
Sponsors represent that they have full rights to any materials submitted.
6. Marketing & Promotional Use
By participating as a sponsor, sponsors grant Jamz & Jokes and uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc. permission to use their company name, logo, and branding for:
• Event promotion
• Advertising campaigns
• Broadcast mentions
• Website sponsor listings
• Event signage
• Digital marketing
Such usage is limited to promotional activities associated with the event series.
7. Event Changes
Event programming, schedules, attractions, or talent may change due to operational needs.
Jamz & Jokes reserves the right to modify:
• Event schedules
• Talent lineup
• Attractions or activities
• Event layout or logistics
These changes do not invalidate sponsorship participation.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain sponsor visibility.
8. Force Majeure
Jamz & Jokes and uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc. shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Public safety emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God
• Public health emergencies
Where possible, comparable promotional exposure may be provided during remaining event dates.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamz & Jokes and uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to sponsorship participation.
10. Tax Deductibility
uCasters X Stream Media Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Sponsorship contributions may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any disputes related to sponsorship participation shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Indiana courts.
